At first glance, Pierce doesn't look anything like a freshman in university. With his tall and muscular build from years and years of training, he could probably pass off for a fireman or something. His hair looks like a fiery mess, his roots black and the rest dyed red and styled in a short and spiky style. His eyes are a mixture of crimson and orange, kind of like the colour of the sky at dawn when the sun has been up for a while, but hasn't fully "evolved" into eye-burning brightness yet. Moving down his face, Pierce has a small scar in the shape of an "X" on the right side of his chin from a fight (that involved knives) when he was in his senior year of high school. Both his ears are pierced with the standard black earrings.
Moving down the body, aside from the scars that Pierce got from fights, the redhead also has a noticeable tattoo of two crossed spears with a Corinthian helmet in the middle on his left bicep. In the middle of his back (spine area) there is a medium- sized tattoo of a circular red shield with a vulture in the middle and broken chains at the animal's feet. Then, wrapped around his left leg/ankle, is a green serpent with with dark spikes around it's body.
His regular (outside) outfits consist of either slim fitting t-shirts, or casual wear with sleeves rolled up and buttoned or the sleeves rolled down and opened Generally, he wears darker coloured items, but he isn't picky; when it comes to clothes, as long as he isn't naked, Pierce can settle for anything.
• Personality •
Pierce gives off a silent- standoffish vibe with his outfit selection and style of hairdo, which isn't very far from his personality.

A wailing baby Pierce was dropped off at the doorsteps in the middle of a gloomy and misty evening in Atlanta. The townhouse belonged to of a single mother who was in the middle of a divorce. She didn't know who left Pierce there, but as it was the middle of the night, she had no choice but to bring him inside. The woman, Marie Collins, was a 24 year old waitress who made a mistake marrying young, and made a mistake marrying the man she did. She had a two year old son already, and now another baby? Marie just couldn't handle the stress. Flash forward to the next day, Marie awoke to loud wails of the two babies, each trying to outdo themselves. Noah Collins, her biological son, was confused as to why there was another child in the house, and Pierce was just trying to understand what was going on.
After changing two diapers, making four bottles of baby formula and having three cups of coffee and two painkillers herself, Marie decided to call her sister, Wanda , who lived in Australia. She knew that her older sister was infertile and desperately wanted a child of her own, so before looking into adoption, Marie wanted to give her sister a golden opportunity. Of course, like fate would have it, Wanda was ecstatic over the fact that she would be able to have a child as she tried with her husband for years. And just like how strange fate works, Wanda's husband was going to be in the area for a business trip just a few days later. So over the next few hours, Marie alternated between talking with her sister, feeding the children, and completing the divorce papers. Within a couple more hours, it was already midnight and the plan for her sister's husband, Brent, to come pick up baby Pierce was in action.
Fast forward to a week later, after pages of insurance and paperwork, the baby was given a name, a new home and a loving family. From that day forward, the world officially welcomed Pierce Zenon into the world. Everyday with the baby was an adventure, as he was quite the athlete, always crawling around and getting Brent and Wanda to chase in around the house. At the extremely young age of six months old, Pierce stood up took his first steps, surprising the couple, before falling down in a confused manner and crawling away. A week later, Pierce had started walking, already surpassing the average time that a baby should start to walk by a couple months. The Zenons were astonished by how fast Pierce was learning compared to their friend's children, and often cheered him on with walking.
By the time he was a year and a bit old, Pierce began to start babbling more and more, until one day, when the Zenons were eating dinner, he blurted out in a messy, yet still understandable tone, "spear!". Quite an interesting first word, but it was still a first word nonetheless. Fast forward to the first year of kindergarten, at four years old, Pierce was the tallest kid there. It confused some of the mothers there and they asked Wanda what they were feeding him, but she just laughed it off and said he was just a very special boy. Of course, when Pierce got into the classroom, no one knew each other, and he knew no one. So with that childish courage in his heart, he walked up to a boy with short brown hair and light blue eyes and stopped in front of him, announcing his name with a grin on his face. The other boy grinned back and introduced himself as Colton in a tone that was equally as loud. And thus was the start of a beautiful friendship.
Fast forward to the summer of third grade, at seven years old, Pierce had started to get picked on for being so tall. As puberty hit and all the other boys were growing at a slow rate, seven year old Pierce had to get used to the feeling of being so high above the ground. The bullies called Pierce names and pushed him to the ground, jealous of him. Colton tried to help every time the bullying occurred, but being a head shorter than Pierce, he wasn't much of an opponent. One day, after school ended and Pierce was waiting to get picked up by Brent, the three bullies ganged up on Pierce once again, and this time, nobody was there to help him. The boys started to beat him up, throwing punches from the left to the right. Luckily, five minutes later, the boys heard Brent shout at them and ran towards them, scaring the boys away from the bloody Pierce on the ground. As the man moved closer to Pierce, a flame lit in his heart, trying to search for a way for this not to happen with Pierce anymore. He couldn't believe that he never noticed the boy coming home with light bruises on his legs, or why he was avoiding coming to school early as the bullies were always waiting by the gate for him. Brent swore to himself that on that day, he would think of something to help Pierce become stronger, and to beat all the people who hurt him.
After a trip to the hospital and a long discussion with the school's principal, the three bullies were expelled for doing such a thing to an innocent boy. A few days later, after no more bullying, Brent sat Pierce down and told him that he had signed him up for Martial Arts and Kickboxing lessons every week. The boy was curious as to why the man would do that, but agreed since he had nothing else better to do in the summer. But he had one condition, and that was that Colton had to join him in Martial Arts class too. So, after a phone call with Colton's parents, the boys were finally signed up to a Martial Arts class in a nearby dojo. After first day of class, the boys were hooked, coming home sweaty with large grins are their faces. Brent and Wanda took this as a good sign, hoping that these classes would not only defend himself, but they'll also defend his friends as well.
It was all smooth sailing at school for the next five years. Throughout years four to eight, Pierce trained every week with Colton in Martial Arts and Kickboxed any chance he could get, whether it was during classes, or at the gym. By the time he was only fourteen years old, Pierce not only grew more muscle, but he also grew to a whooping 5'10, making him quite noticeable as he went on into high school. After only the first three months of entering high school, Pierce had the reputation of the freshman "bad boy", with his looming figure and aura that scared some of the teachers. Since this was Pierce's title, many people were too intimated to approach him, which didn't bother him as he generally hung around Colton instead. The two boys always had something to talk about, whether it be school, Martial Arts, or whatever boys talk about, and would be seen together almost all the time. Although Pierce wasn't Colton's only friend (like how Colton was Pierce's only friend), Colton felt best when he was talking to the taller boy.
Fast forward to the summer, Colton's family decided to go on vacation, leaving a lonely Pierce a lot more motivation to train and show off to Colton after he came back. However, the (future) redhead would have never guessed what happened to his friend during his vacation as Colton never came back. Actually, none of his family came back. The cruise ship that the family was on had suddenly malfunctioned, causing the ship is break down and drown in the middle of nowhere. The news reported that many bodies couldn't have been found, those including Colton and his family's. Pierce of was devastated, refusing to talk to his parents and starting to get into fights with older boys from the other neighborhoods.
