Mood Delirious Mmmmmm... that tickles... stop... wait where's the fire? Lucas immediately opened his eyes to find himself cuddling a black bag—wait, is this even mine? Yawing, he shifted into a sitting position only to discover the source of the noise and the tickling: a phone was ringing on the other side of the room while a small black dog was enthusiastically sniffing his feet. He cautiously pet the rottweiler before determining its nature to be friendly, which was a very good sign. Lucas was mentally prepared to use a combination of hot-lava and Spanish matador tactics to safely retrieve the phone. Luckily, those skills could be saved for another day.
After a split second, mental debate over whether or not to answer the call, he slid his finger against the screen and pressed the phone against his ear. He was greeted by a barrage of words in another language.
e8rnwui3kjhkqahdskl? (<---what he heard in his mind) Panicking, he tried to respond back in the caller's native tongue.
uh... konnichiwa? I no speak Asian? u48ajaueskd2731hkadie This is pointless. However, just because he gave up on trying to communicate didn't mean he had to hang up the phone. Lucas decided to troll the poor woman because opportunities for a good prank call were few and far between. With a deep breath, he raised his voice to a pitch that was so high it reached the heavens. While ranting on and on about the nastiness of cheese on hamburgers, he had managed to change into fresh attire, shove the crusty outfit he wore on the plane into a bag, and toss it on top of his bed. Unfortunately, midway through his monologue on the importance of personal hygiene, the foreigner had hung up on him. Whatever. My throat was getting sore from that valley girl accent anyway. He casually placed the phone where he had found it and whistled away innocently. With a quick pat on the head for his roommate's dog, Lucas left the room to explore the rest of the dormitory as though this event had never transpired at all.

[ LOCATION ] Erato Hall, Room 206
[ MOOD ] Interested in getting to know her roommate and settling in.
What an angel! Yes, Madeline was aware that her mindset toward first impressions could be rather narrow-minded at times, but she often found that dwelling on the "what if" was just flat out unhealthy. If they were being nice, and there was no reason to doubt their kindness, then why doubt it?
"Guinevere," Madeline tested it out before smiling. "Gwen. How beautiful."
"And thanks for the offer! Movers would have been such a convenience," she responded, unloading her two large boxes from her two large suitcases. "But this is all actually! Trust me, there's more in here than you might suspect. Packing has always been my specialty. I can definitely help you unpack, and if there's any leftover room on my side, feel free to use some of my space."
Little did she know that this was what Gwen wanted. But Madeline's organization skills were so stellar that it was highly likely that she would have room would probably have leftover room. She was lenient so long as circumstances were fair. She wasn't sure how this would work out if most of Gwen's belongings were clothes. Madeline knew that she definitely wanted all of her closet and drawer space. It shouldn't be a huge issue, though. Local stores always sold those portable, collapsible drawers and shelves for cheap, and if anything, Gwen could get one of those. An efficient solution. Her roommate didn't appear to be the type of person to use, but who knows? In any case, it should be the least of their problems.
"Besides, I come from the area, so if anything, bringing more stuff in won't be a hassle." Madeline would have commuted from home if she didn't receive that scholarship. Since the dorm life was free, how could she miss out on the independent college life experience like that?
"You must be a fashion expert," she complimented, observing all the boxes that Gwen claimed were mostly clothes. She flopped onto the mattress, bouncing on it to test its spring. The slight waves on her hair bounced a bit as well. "I'll probably be relying on your advice this year then."
The young Coleman girl's mind began clicking, making a mental list of the things she had to get done. She needed Gwen's number, in case of emergencies. She wanted to be better acquainted with her roommate - get to know her major and whatnot. And, of course, she definitely needed to wipe the place down and unpack her things. The textbooks for her five classes - yes, a heavy load, but Maddie was a workaholic - sat comfortably in her backpack, as were where all her writing utensils, laptop, and other academic-related things were. A small pot of Rudbeckia flowers, better known as Black-Eyed Susans, could be found in one of her boxes. That same box also contained a few cooking necessities, such as a small saucepan, a small frying pan, a small cutting board, some tupperware, plates, bowls, and silverware. The other box held her first aid materials, toiletries, towels, and snacks slipped in between the spaces. One suitcase was packed with clothes and the other suitcase was stuffed with her bed sheets and blanket. Her methodical mind began sorting things out, reorganizing her priorities as she saw fit.

Location: Dorm >> Outside her dorm Mood: Happy
Elunia opened her eyes after a long while and a smile crept out from underneath. Realization of the fact that she was gone, gone from her family and gone from England, came to her mind and she let out a relaxed laugh. It had been a while since she had felt this light and fluffy, almost like an alpaca. "An alpaca...?" She said out loud, to herself. She must be feeling especially crazy and happy right now. These were not thoughts that she would have if she was normal right now.
She turned her head to notice that the door was still open and decided to close it in case anybody passed by and saw her acting weird. I have to blend in well with the rest of the Americans. She thought. Or are the other students not from America too...? She wasn't sure. Her bag was on the bed that was to the left when you first entered the room, and the lavender suitcase beside it on the ground. Is this a closet? Elunia traveled the left corner and opened it. It was... Kind of small. She wasn't one to use a lot of space but... Oh well! I'll just have to make do! She decided abruptly. She couldn't worry about the small things.
She sat on the edge of the bed, beginning to open her bag and start to unpack but the bed just looked so comfortable. I'll only lie down for a minute or so. Elunia promised herself. She plopped herself face first onto the bed, hair spreading everywhere. "My hair is getting too long..." She murmured. "Need to cut it again." Who had time to go to a barber anyway? Pfft.
All of the sudden, the door creaked open and the first thought Elunia had was, Huh? What the heck? Oh right... I need to have a roommate... "... Hello?" A confused voice came from the door-frame and Elunia immediately sat up. "Hello there!" She was a bit self conscious of the fact that her British accent was so heavy but hopefully her roommate wouldn't mind. "I suppose you're my roommate? My name's Azalea Northampton, but you can call me Lea if you want. What's your name?" Elunia did remember an 'Azalea Northampton' written somewhere in the booklet she had received in the mail along with the letter of acceptance. "I'm Elunia. Elunia Williams." She introduced herself, unsure of how they introduced themselves here. "Sorry, I'm not quite sure what's used here. A handshake, perhaps? Or a hug? I don't know."
"So . . . what do you think of this place?" Elunia laughed a bit. "I just got here not too long before you. I haven't got a chance to explore the area yet. It does look awfully big, it's almost three times larger than my old school! I'm hoping I don't get lost, what about you?" Her hands reached up across her neck to grasp her necklace as a habit, when she felt that it wasn't there. An alarmed look took over her face when she realized that she must have dropped it somewhere. "I apologize for stopping this conversation, but it seems that I've lost something. I'll be back once I find it." Elunia got up from the bed and gave a wave to Azalea before stepping outside and closing the door on her way out.

Post by Pierce on Aug 23, 2015 19:27:29 GMT
Location: Airplane --> Campus --> Outside his dorm
Mood: Anxious --> Tired
"Good afternoon and welcome to xxx Airlines, we are honoured to have you aboard with us. My name is Captain Fletcher and I will be flying with you on this twenty hour- one way flight from Melbourne to Massachusetts. Passengers can expect to arrive very early tomorrow morning, so I suggest everybody get some sleep in," the man in the speakers stopped for a second to clear his throat before continuing. "Flight attendants will be around shortly to perform a safety check, if there are any questions please don't hesitate to ask. We now ask you to please clasp in your seat belts and turn off all mobile devices as that may affect the airplane signals. Thank you". There was a little click noise as the captain's microphone turned off, followed by the clacking of heels as the said flight attendants came out from the back room. The two women then proceeded to demonstrate with a voice over on how to properly inflate a life jacket, where the nearest exit was, and how to put on oxygen masks. After the five minute demonstration was over, the captain's voice rang in the speakers again, signalling that it was time for take off.
Pierce let out a small sigh as he leaned back against the chair, pressing the palm of his hands against his closed eyes, soothing the buzzing sensation of no-sleep-in-three days. The days leading up to today was all spent staring at the computer screen and going over his selected courses for Mythos University. Which, to be honest, he still couldn't believe he got into. The history and war courses offered there were phenomenal, taught in so much more depth than any of his high school courses. The plane jolted suddenly, and the boy was ripped from his thoughts. Loud turbulence replaced the comfortable silence that the plane once had, making the redhead drop his hands from his face and fish out his phone and earbuds from his jean pocket. He had pre-downloaded some old movies into his phone just in case he got bored or couldn't sleep, which was usually the case. An announcement rang through the plane, once again warning people to clasp in their seat belts. A second later, the plane started to move forward, becoming faster and faster, eventually moving into the sky. The boy silently said his goodbyes to the Australian land that he knew so well. This was going to be a tough flight, but he knew that it would be worth it.
---------
"Thank you for flying with xxx Airlines and we hope you have a wonderful trip wherever your destination may be". Pierce never would have thought he'd be so relived to hear someone speak, but after those twenty hours of restlessness and a lot of old movies, the redhead was ecstatic. The boy sat up from his aisle seat and stretched out his legs, enjoying the sensation of his muscles loosening up. Reaching up to the overhead department to get his carry on, Pierce looped it over his shoulder before practically pacing towards the exit, giving the captain a quick smile before heading into the airport hallway.
---------
Luggage claim was a but harder, but as it was early in the morning, the line up for both normal luggage and "special" luggage was small and a fairly easy process. When the machine pushed out the redhead's black suitcase, the woman at the counter also gave him a small red carrier that seemed to be... moving? Pierce thanked the lady and walked over to the aisles of chairs across from the steadily growing line. He sat down, setting aside his luggage before raising the carrier to his smiling face. He knew that pets weren't allowed inside the campus, but Leo was too precious to leave behind. The small grey cat opened her mouth for a big yawn and nudged her head against the carrier as if to say, "let's go already!". The boy gave the cat a small wink before getting up and taking all his belongings. With a confident stride, Pierce walked to the exit to fetch himself a taxi, all while wondering what was going to be in store for him next.
---------
Lining up at the registration was a bit strange, as Pierce saw many glances of suspicion directed towards him. He didn't blame them as his appearance didn't exactly pass for a typical freshman after all. Luckily, when it was his turn at the registration desk, the secretary didn't think much of it, and gave him his room key and directions without any problems. The redhead thanked her and walked towards the exit, taking his bags before walking out to find the residence dorms. 'C106, huh...' He thought, walking in the direction that the secretary told him, 'I hope it's near a gym'.
---------
C101... C102... C103... So this was going to be his home for the next four years, huh? Thank goodness he had requested for a single room, then. The boy looked around the corridor, taking it all in. He took another step forwards, only to have stepped on something not very floor-like. He looked down and saw something shining and bent down to pick it up, observing it. The accessory was a simple necklace with a silver "E" dangling from the chain. 'Someone must have dropped it on their way of moving in,' Pierce thought, standing up and putting the necklace into his jacket pocket before continuing to walk. Hopefully he would be able to find the person who lost it. C104... C105... C106! Pierce slung his backpack in front of him to get his room key, so focused on trying to unzip one of the pockets that he had barely noticed when someone bumped into him. He made a "huh?" sound before looking down and seeing a girl with short silver hair. "Oh," he started, giving the girl a faint smile and quick nod, "G'day to you".

Location: Running around the dorms, literally --> Room E205 Mood: A little less cold, a little more anxious.
Ignoring the perplexed eyes of the people he passed, Madison found his pace on the sidewalk. Almost instantly, the tickling feeling settled into a dull hum of discontent. Madison ignored it and turned his attention to the buildings as he ran, naming them in his head.
And that's...Thalia? Goodness, these buildings are huge. And what's with these names? As if having chimeras for the mascot wasn't weird enough.
More people appeared on the sidewalk, toting boxes or suitcases as they searched for their rooms; Madison kept to the edge, out of their paths, but it was difficult to avoid everyone. He decided to return to his room, but his mind started buzzing, urging him on. If he just kept running...
Dangerous thoughts. He hastened his pace; clearly, it wasn't a good time for him to be out. But moving faster on a crowded sidewalk was not a very good idea, as he found out when he almost crashed into a group of people while rounding the corner. He dodged, thankfully, but he also stumbled and fell. Before anyone could speak, he gave a hasty apology and took off at full speed back to the dorm.
It wasn't until he reached the stairwell that Madison slowed down. Breathing heavily, he leaned against the wall to catch his breath. He could feel his leg bleeding from the fall, and being back inside made that unpleasant feeling start up again.
Maybe it doesn't matter where I am...He thought it would be okay, that it would settle down if he was able to go somewhere else, but so far the only change was in the scenery. I can't...
But it was only the first day. If he gave himself time to get used to this place, something would probably work out.
Breathe.
Madison took a deep breath and continued up the stairs. Now that he was aware of it, the wound on his leg stung as he walked. When he returned to the room, he took a seat on the bed and dug through his bag. There wasn't a first-aid kit or anything in there, but he did find a small packet of tissues.
He rolled up the leg of his pants and pressed a tissue to the wound. It wasn't a bad scrape, but he would have to get a proper bandage for it later. Now, with nothing to do but wait for the blood to stop, he turned his eyes to the window and let his mind wander.

((Very short but hey it's okay))
Anemone gasped and sighed happily once the word France was brought up. "Wow, you grew up in France? How nice. My brother went on his senior trip. I would've gone too if it weren't for the fact the last senior class messed up everything for us." Anemone would have continued, but she thought talking too much would make the girl feel overwhelmed. turned her back towards Aria and walked back to her bed. Once there, she unzipped her suitcase and began to unpack. She only wanted to clean out her suitcase After laying out a few articles of clothing, she continued, "I'll call you Aria then. It's a nice name and thankfully is easy to remember since I'm horrible with longer names." Anemone smiled at Aria then turned back and began taking out several pairs of shoes from the pockets that were in her suitcase. She hadn't packed too many things since her parents were planning to either book a hotel or stay with relatives for a few days during winter vacation. They were going to bring the rest of her luggage then. For now, she had enough clothes to last her for the upcoming months and would buy more outfits latter if she needed to. With her back still turned to Aria, she allowed her small, warm smile to turn into a sinister one. For now, she would play nice and trust her to be the same, but if the girl did anything to break that, she wouldn't hesitate to change her attitude. Anemone just hoped Aria was a person she would get along with since they were going to be stuck together for who knows how long. After a few more minutes, she had everything laid out onto the bed and placed the now empty suitcase onto the floor. All she had to do know was place the clothes in the empty drawers. Anemone glanced over at Aria's side of the room and tilted her head slightly at the fact she got so much done already. "Have you been here long before me?" Anemone grabbed a handful of clothes and opened the closest drawer to her side of the bed, carefully placing them in a manner that wouldn't take up too much space. "Oh, have you been around campus? I'm planning to after I just finish up with what's on my bed."

Location: Mid-campus --> Dorm again Mood: Relaxed af --> still tired
Putting out the remaining part of the cigarette and throwing it in the trash, Syn blew out the last bit of smoke before he went to enter the dormitory again. He felt better from before after he finally found his cigs and wondered if smoking out one of the windows of their dorm would be acceptable. Then he remembered about his roommate. He had remembered a name that was posted on the door to his room but he honestly didn't pay much attention before he threw his things down and practically ran out the door. The halls were still somewhat hectic as he saw a couple of girls walk down the opposite direction chatting away before he reached his own room. Pulling out his key, he stuck it in the lock only to find out that it was unlocked. Only meaning in one thing: the roommate was on the other side. Still forgetting to glance at the name tag on the door, he warily opened the door as he was greeted with the guy's luggage at the door. Not sure how he felt just yet, he let his eyes wander until he saw a young man asleep on the other now occupied bed across the room from his own. He didn't miss the small white ball of fur also beside the guy, amused that he brought a pet. Luckily Syn didn't care about that. He didn't mind, considering how small the cat was. He moved around the luggage over to his own, kind of keeping down his noise level as he opened his suitcase to pull out his headphones. He plugged it in to his phone and allowed the music pour into his ears as he started to unpack his clothes, deciding to wait until his roommate to wake before he went crazy with his posters.

Location: Outside the dorm Mood: Surprised and nervous
With her heart beating out of her chest, Elunia began to desperately look through the hallway closest to her dorm. How could she have lost her precious thing within seconds, or more like minutes, of moving into Mythos University? The necklace she wore was given to her by her brother and despite her bitter last words to him, she still cared about him. What if someone stole it? Elunia's mind whispered softly. She shook her head vigorously to get rid of the thought. She just had to focus on finding it for now.
Moving to the left, she began to search for her missing necklace. There were only a few places that she went to... It couldn't possibly be that far away, could it? Elunia gulped and swallowed her fear of having lost the necklace. She couldn't afford to think like that, not when she could be looking for it. Her fists balled up and she shut her eyes, keeping the tears in her eyes. Stop it! She scolded herself silently. What if someone passed by and saw you?
Again moving abruptly to the left, Elunia accidentally slammed directly into somebody's body. Stopping a sniffle, she brought her hand up to quickly brush away the tear that was threatening to fall. "Huh?" A masculine voice above her said. Her eyes widened and still kneeling on the ground. she jerked her head up and was surprised to see an extremely tall male that must have been at least a full foot taller than her. Due to her shock, Elunia fell back on her butt. "Ouch." She muttered, then brushed herself off and quickly stood up in order to prevent any more embarrassment.
Standing up, she could now get a better look at the other person. He had fiery red hair and... Yup. He was definitely at least a full foot taller than her. His eyes weren't looking directly at her and she realized that they must have both been feeling awkward. "Sorry for bumping into you like that." Elunia murmured, knowing that it wasn't a very good apology, but she wasn't in the mood for a proper apology. He was so tall; Could he even hear what she was saying?
"Oh," The redhead said, seeming to acknowledge her presence. "G'day to you." Was that an... Australian accent? those are so hot she thought Interesting. So she wasn't the only student that wasn't from or born in America. "Hello." Elunia said anxiously, raising her voice a little louder than the volume it was at earlier. Hopefully that would be loud enough so that he could hear it. "Sorry for disturbing you." She noticed that his hand was trying to unzip a pocket that perhaps held the key? She glanced up at the number of the dorm: C106. "Is this your dorm?" She asked him, then wanted to hit herself. "I mean, of course this is your dorm, why else would you be standing here? Sorry." Elunia gave an awkward forced laugh and then wanted to hit herself even more. "I'm just asking because my dorm is right there too haha." Now why had she said that? Did he even care? Probably not. "Anyways, I have to go back to finding something, sorry for taking so much of your time." She blabbered on, and then her head lowered. Her neck really hurt now! "How tall are you?" She blurted out. Okay, you are like the most awkward person ever.

Post by Dante on Aug 25, 2015 0:55:28 GMT
Upon returning from his shower, Dante found wrinkled bed sheets with Cerberus curled up at the center of it. I could have sworn there was luggage there before I left. Ah well, whatever. Maybe my roommate came in or something. I probably just missed him. Dante sat down on the bed next to Cerberus and wondered if he should unpack now or later. He had this nagging feeling that he was forgetting something, and wasn't entirely in the mood for unpacking either. Of course, that's when he remembered: Shit! I forgot to call Nana!
At lightning speed, he dialed the number and waited... 「丹特,那是你吗?你没事吧?!......(translating rest into English) DANTE, IS THAT YOU? ARE YOU ALRIGHT?! ARE YOU HURT ANYWHERE?」 Dante was taken aback by this reaction. He was only a few hours late in calling...and if anything, his Nana should've been angry. 「Y-Yes, it's me...I'm alright. Sorry I called late, it slipped my mind. Is everything alright Nana? You sound-- ah, nevermind. The flight was good and I got to Mythos with no troubles, so don't worry.」 「DON'T WORRY?! I WAS WORRIED SICK. THANK THE GODS YOU ARE SAFE! I thought you had been abducted and oh gods, I don't know what I would have done. Dante, you can come back if you want. You can attend a local university here instead. It's not safe in America!」 「Nana, what on earth are you talking about?」 「I called earlier and some lunatic English man picked up the phone! I thought you had been abducted and that he was demanding ransom!!」 「Nana...that's crazy! Maybe it was my roommate who picked up?」 「...Then you must be careful. The way he kept talking like a lunatic over the phone...Your roommate is POSSESSED! The evil spirits are lurking...they are ever watchful.」 「What? Nana...are you sure?!」 「Yes. The tea leaves tell me so...」 「O-okay Nana...you know what, I have to go now...I-I need to take care of some stuff. I'll call you later! Love you, bye!」
Dante was shaking now. He glanced around for any sign of an evil spirit before quickly grabbing his bag and moving to the other side of the room where the bed was untouched. His face tensed up as he fell into intense focus. What should I do? What should I do?! There was a long silent pause before an idea clicked in his mind. TALISMANS! I've seen old grandpa Zheng post them around his house before, and I've also seen it in dramas! He found some blank pages among the supplies he packed and started constructing talismans, posting them on his side of the room. He covered the wall and each piece of furniture with at least one talisman, and while he was at it, he took a roll of tape and drew a line down the center of the room marking his 'safe' territory. "Finished!" I hope these work...
"Time for a break now." Cerberus was already fast asleep atop a pile of scrap paper, and Dante set up his wii and xbox for his long awaited break. He planned to game the rest of the afternoon away.

Location: Dorm Mood: Happy about her roommate-->Tired of unpacking
Gwen smiled at the girl, "Thank you. I've always liked it." she replied honestly. She always liked her name and how much it fit her. Guinevere, the queen of the great kingdom of Camelot and so beautiful that she caught the eye of the two most powerful men in the kingdom. She looked over at her boxes and felt like she should have packed less, because she didn't really think so far ahead as unpacking all of these things, she's always had a maid to do it for her.
She turned to the girl with a smile, wasn't she a sweetie, and convenient, she didn't have to sweet talk or bargain with the girl. She nodded, "Thank you! I will probably need some storage bins and boxes. I looked online and found lots of ways to organize and space save. Maybe you can help me with that, because I am afraid I am not that good of a space saver." she laughed and bent down to unpack her first box. Opening the box labeled 'Winter Clothes,' she found herself unable to do anything with them until she unpacked the box with all her clothes hangers in it, and she couldn't see where that one was.
She was moving boxes around when she heard her roommate praise her for her fashion sense and said she would like her advice in the future on the subject. She whipped around, her hair flying over her shoulder, "You really think so? Thank you. You know, since you are letting me borrow your unused space, you can borrow some of my clothes! I am sure I have something that you'll like." she laughed. The least she could do was let the girl borrow her clothes for letting her use her space, and who knew if the clothes were old enough she might just give them to Madeline.
She found the hangers, and began unpacking like an independent grownup would do. She unpacked three boxes, filled up a little more than half her closet, before she felt like she needed a break. She sat on her bed with a huff, she really has taken for granted what her maids did for her over the years. She took the closest box to her and opened it and found the last crown she won, her Miss Teen USA crown, her maid put it in there so she could '...remember her accomplishments...' as Claudia her middle aged, Venezuelan maid told her. She smiled, she would miss Claudia. She placed it back in the box and set the box aside to open a box of shoes. She was getting tired of unpacking and she had at least 3 more boxes of clothes to unpack, 2 more of shoes and a box of accessories to find somewhere to put. She would need to order some boxes for sure now. She sat down on her bed and got on her phone and began ordering.

Location exploring Erato
Mood adventurous Strolling down the hallway with fresh shades and hotrod red headphones, Lucas felt nothing less than a "cool" kid. It's not like he was indoors. He was merely following his cousins' advice—set a good first impression. A pair of girls, probably roommates, giggled past him. His cousins warned him that a co-ed dormitory only meant unattractive chicks and constant pms. Boy, were they wrong. Lucas had already passed by several girls that he'd definitely like to know a bit more personally.
He turned the corner and decided to continue his journey on the second floor. They should invest in an escalator or something, he thought to himself as he sped up the stairs. However, a strange fellow blocked his path before he could reach the top. Lacking patience, Lucas was about to ask the student to walk a little faster until he noticed that the stranger was bleeding.
Lucas covertly watched the guy as he walked into room 205. Should I help? Nah... he'll probably be fine. Plus, we don't even know each other... But what if it's serious? There's no harm in checking I suppose. After a few minutes of deliberation, he decided to take a quick peek into the guy's dorm room. I mean, what if he dies, and I'm the last person who saw him? That would be terrible. It's my duty to make sure a fellow student doesn't die on my watch. He opened the door because who even knocks anymore, only to see the injured student calmly gazing out the window holding a tissue against his leg. There was quite a bit of blood, but it wasn't anything serious. Lucas regretted coming into the room, but it was too late now. He had been spotted. He had to explain himself.
"Oh hey, I'm Lucas from room 100. Sorry to bother you, but I noticed that you were bleeding, and uhh... well... do you need any help? I have a first aid kit in my room, and I think it's very important that we treat your wound."
It did not seem like the injured student enjoyed having random people barge into his room. Unfortunately for him, Lucas was a man with a purpose. He had already come this far and would not take no for an answer. After forcing the poor guy to agree, the odd pair eventually arrived downstairs in front of his room.
"I haven't unpacked yet, but I'm pretty sure I remember which box I packed the first aid kit in," said Lucas, as he checked his pocket for his room key. "Oh, and I think my roommate has a dog, so I hope you're not allergic." Lucas turned the knob. "It's a bit messy, but please, make yourself at ho—ly fuck." Lucas's room had turned into an exorcism den.

Essence fiddled with the bracelet on her wrist, wondering if she would get along with Anemone. She seemed like a pleasant person, but one could never be too sure. Anemone was polite and friendly enough, so Essence thought they'd get along, but would they be close? Essence had always yearned for a sibling; maybe this would be her chance to experience. Then again, Anemone might not feel the same towards her.
"Wow, you grew up in France? How nice. My brother went on his senior trip. I would've gone too if it weren't for the fact the last senior class messed up everything for us." Anemone's voice interrupted Essence's thoughts. Essence glanced over at the girl, noting the smile on her face. So she likes France? Essence pondered as she responded with, "Yes, but I have to say I've always been a little awkward there, though the macaroons(or macarons whatever they are) are amazing." Essence said with a laugh, and continued, "That's too bad. Maybe we would've met!" She smiled, imagining the possibility, yet knowing that the thought probably wouldn't have happened. Noticing Anemone going to unpack, Essence glanced at the one suitcase and bag she still had to unpack. She'd gotten all her pillows, and lamps, and whatever else unpacked, but that left her clothes and a few other items to make this place suitable to be called home. Just the thought of that word made her warm all over. Perhaps she would put a few posters or wall decorations she'd made. She reached to unzip her other suitcase but paused when Anemone spoke up again. "I'll call you Aria then. It's a nice name and thankfully is easy to remember since I'm horrible with longer names." She turned to smile at Essence before turning back, and Essence smiled. "Ah, thanks. It's my middle name; I think that the name 'Essence' is kind of silly." She replied, poking at one of her favourite sweaters in her suitcase. "I like your name a lot better than mine," She wondered what clothes should go in the closet and which in the drawer.
Anemone asked if she'd been here long, and Essence shook her head. "Not very long. I wanted to explore before unpacking, but..." Her voice trailed off. "Oh, have you been around campus? I'm planning to after I just finish up with what's on my bed." Essence shook her head again. "I've been unpacking until you came." She paused, then feeling a little bashful, said, "Is it okay if I come along? I mean, I won't be much help since I don't know the campus, but if you don't mind..." Essence pulled at her bag straps.

Location: Room E205 --> Room E100 Mood: ...confused...
It took Madison a moment to notice the door opening. When he did notice the blonde man in the entrance, he assumed it was his roommate arriving and started to greet him. Then the man said, "I'm Lucas from room 100," leaving Madison to wonder why he didn't hear Lucas knock first.
While Lucas explained the reason for his visit (that Madison was bleeding and this stranger was concerned), Madison looked down at his leg. Why was Lucas worried? It was a little bloody, sure, but his leg was...Oh. I guess it does look pretty messy. It hadn't really registered before, but he'd bled quite a bit before returning to his room. Still, it was messier than it was serious, so Madison decided to turn Lucas down.
However, "Thanks, but I'm fine" seemed to have been heard as only "Thanks", and Madison found it very difficult to turn down Lucas's increasingly insistent offer. Eventually, he allowed himself to be led down the hall to Room 100. Lucas was a bit aggressive about it, but he was helping...
Lucas opened the door to his room. "It's a bit messy, but please, make yourself at ho—ly fuck."
Ah...maybe I shouldn't have accepted...
A line of tape ran down the middle of the room, and slips of paper were affixed to the furniture. Sitting amongst these odd decorations were a dog and a dark-haired figure who Madison could only assume was the source of it all.
Judging by Lucas's reaction, the tape line and paper were new.
"I think...Is this a bad time?" These roommates clearly had some issues to talk about.

Location: Outside his dorm
Mood: Amused
Pierce watched an expression of shock creep onto the girl's face as she bumped into him. Her eyes were a bit watery and it almost looked as if she was about to cry. It seemed like she wasn't used to seeing tall people. Or maybe she just wasn't use to seeing him, as she soon fell down with a little "thump". The boy's eyes widened, surprised that he looked that scary to make someone willingly fall to the ground. However, before the redhead could even offer her a hand, the silver haired girl darted back up again, mumbling something under her breath. Pierce caught the words "sorry" and "bumping" from the almost inaudible stream of words. An apology maybe? 'Huh, how polite,' the redhead thought, a ghost of an approving look on his face.
The redhead directed his attention back to the girl as she began to talk, causing his train of thought to stop momentarily. Her voice hesitantly broke the silence. "Hello," she started, still looking a bit shaken. "Sorry for disturbing you," the girl continued before taking a look at the number on his room door. "Is this your dorm?" she asked before she quickly shot herself down, "I mean, of course this is your dorm, why else would you be standing here? Sorry." The shorter girl gave a [very] stiff laugh, causing Pierce to let out a small chuckle of his own. "I'm just asking because my dorm is right there too, haha." The girl said, giving a quick little wave to the room beside him. 'C107, huh?' Pierce thought, leaning back to look over at the number plate on her door, 'What an interesting little English neighbour.'
"Anyways, I have to go back to finding something, sorry for taking so much of your time." The silver haired girl finished, lowering her head. Pierce tilted his head to the side, eyebrows scrunching together at what the girl said. She had to go find something? Could it have been the necklace he found? "What di--" the redhead started, but was quickly cut off by the girl.
"How tall are you?" she suddenly bursted out, changing the topic completely. "Uh," Pierce began again, going along with the girl's question, "Last time I checked, maybe 6'3?" He shrugged as if to say, "but I'm not sure" before sliding the backpack off his shoulder to get his keys with more ease. "And also, about that thing you needed to find? Was it a necklace?" Pierce shoved his hand into his jacket pocket and pulled the accessory out, setting it in his palm before showing it to the girl. "Since I found this on the floor while I was coming in."

This match against the floor boss was an intense one. He took out the first HP bar already, but the boss wasn't going to let it be an easy defeat. In the final moments as the second HP bar slowly drained to zero-- "--ly fuck." Dante's game was interrupted by two figures who had just entered the room. The dark haired one who standing a slight step behind spoke, "I think...Is this a bad time?" Cerberus who was napping woke to the noise and new scents that flooded into the room and immediately perked up, wagging his tail.
Dante glanced back and forth between the two figures, and in his state of uncertainty, Cerberus ran up to the blonde and pawed at his feet. Dante's initial reaction was to apologize for his puppy's sudden outburst as the blonde picked up Cerberus, but his thoughts were interrupted when his gaze fell onto a bleeding leg. He swallowed hard, remembering the reason why he had set up talismans in the first place. Oh my fuckin-- it's the first victim. Shit, shit!
Instinctively, Dante backed up into the wall shifting into a defensive position; his face glowering into a petrified demeanor, as he yelled for the blonde to release Cerberus. "L-LET GO OF CERBERUS!! I-I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT BUT LET GO OF HIM, HE'S INNOCENT. A-AND DON'T COME ANY CLOSER! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY FROM ME YOU EVIL SPIRIT!" Dante reached into his bag and gripped the first thing he came into contact with to use as a weapon. He pulled out...chopsticks--spare ones he always carried with him just in case. It wasn't the greatest weapon choice, but better than nothing he supposed. He waved them wildly in front of him in case his possessed roommate decided to attack and his talismans didn't hold out. He needed to be quick if he wanted to exorcise the evil spirit from his roommate. As best as he could remember the lines from the drama he watched, he started the incantation"Oh glorious prince of the, u-uh, the...super strong army, uh whatchamacallit Archangel, defend us against, uh, the hostile power, against the negativity of all things spiritual, and I'msorryIdon'tremembertherestofit... B-BE GONE EVIL SPIRIT!" Dante's gaze was fixed hard on the blonde. Did it work? The room went dead silent, but at least he wasn't being attacked. He seriously hoped it had worked.
