The male in front of Elunia had laughed a bit when she had forced herself to laugh awkwardly out of habit. Oh no... Does he think I'm stupid? Great first impression, Elunia. Can you ever do anything right? She yelled at herself in her mind. Why was she acting so stiff anyway? She was completely relaxed when she first got here. Maybe it was because she got a little nervous around males... Females were kind of easier to talk to...? Like a little...? Oh, why was she making up excuses for herself anyway? she probably just thought he was cute and that's why she gets so nervous //smacked just kidding she only likes his accent
"Uh." His voice snapped her out of her trance. Her eyes drifted back up to look at his face, and he said, "Last time I checked, maybe 6'3"?" Then he shrugged as if to say, "But don't count on it, I may be taller." "Wow, that's really tall." Elunia mumbled to herself, wanting to smack herself again for saying it out loud. She hoped he didn't hear her, or maybe she was just too tiny to be heard; that was what people had told her before.
She watched him as he slung his backpack off his shoulder with ease. Her neck was starting to hurt after having to tilt her head up to look at him, but she couldn't just look down when they were having a conversation. That would be pretty rude, and it would probably ruin her already terrible first impression. Out of habit, Elunia reached up to tug on her necklace but then remembered that it wasn't there anymore. She swallowed back a sob and held her breath for a while so that he wouldn't notice her tearful expression.
"And also, about that thing you needed to find? Was it a necklace?" Elunia's head jerked up once more and her eyes lit up. "Yes, yes it was! Did it have a letter E on it and was it silver-ish?" She blabbered on about the description of the necklace and hopefully, HOPEFULLY, by some miracle this stranger had found it. The male put his hand into his jacket pocket and pulled out her necklace, holding it out. "Since I found this on the floor while I was coming in." She let out a gasp and a few tears of relief came to her eyes. "Yes, that's my necklace!" She gingerly picked it up before holding it up against her cheek. "I'm so glad it's safe." She murmured and closed her eyes, breathing a few times to calm herself down. "Thank you so much, I don't know how I can ever repay you." Elunia gratefully told him. "I'm Elunia, Elunia Williams, what's your name?"

The constant patting from Noir did not wake Azeir. In fact, he didn't even budge. He was so used to it already. Hopefully, Noir doesn't notice that her pats were ineffective anytime soon. If she does, there is a 300% chance that she will change her tactics. Oh dear Azi cannot have that. Because what does a cat love to do most? Yes, that's right. They like to scratch and bite. Azeir will not stand having any kind of disfigurations on his skin any time soon. And especially not anywhere near his beautiful face.
A quiet click from the door caught Noir's attention. But not only that, it also caught Azeir's attention as well as he just woke up from his short nap. what timinggg!Instead of opening his eyes, Azeir played dead and pretended to be still asleep. Who just came in? And what's that smell? Must be my roommate and.. cigarettes?? Well if his roomie smokes, he wouldn't mind. If the guy doesn't mind his alcohol.. addiction? Nah that's not the right word. Dependency? No. Azeir just likes alcohol okay? Anyway, Azi listened quietly, without budging. He could hear the quiet shuffles as his roommate moved across the room. ...where did I put my bags again? Azi opened his eyes, but just a slit, enough for his to peek out from underneath. It's not in the front is it? He was so tired when he came into the room, that whatever happened after he opened the door never registered in his mind. Sure enough, his and Noir's bags were all over the front of the room. Oops. Azeir’s eyes flitted towards the direction of the other boy and watched quietly as he pulled out headphones and put them on. Azi stayed still until he was sure music was playing and that it drowned out any noise he might accidentally make. Now.. what was his roomie's name again? There was a name plate on the door but unfortunately for Azi, it was on the other side. Damn.. wasn't there like a paper?? Yup, he had received a small piece of paper when he got his room key. His roommates name was surely on it right? Hopefully. Azeir lifted his head off the bed and silently looked around on his bed. No paper there. Maybe in his pocket? Yep there it is. In his jacket pocket was a crumbled piece of paper. Azeir took it out as quietly as he possibly could and glanced at it, trying to read the name inside the unfurling folds and creases. S.. n. Stan? Shin? What? This was harder than he thought. He gingerly pushed a fold down with his index finger revealing a Y. Syn? Alrighttt.
Meanwhile, Noir had also been staring at the stranger. She was staring so intensely that there’s practically daggers coming from her eyes. She turned away from Azi and strutted over to the edge of the bed. Should she go? She glanced back at the sleeping boy in the bed and let out a soft mew. No reaction. She’s going for it. Noir decided she would go to the other guy and ask him to feed her. Her huge bag was literally right there in the middle of the room! The guy’s back was turned towards her but it’s okay because she was sure he could get his attention. seeing how cute she was. duuh Noir swiftly jumped off the bed and landed without making any noise. She was so focused on Syn that she never noticed the boy behind her sit up. She was able to take about 4 steps before she was suddenly lifted up into the air. Shocked, she let out a meow in protest and turned to see who it was. Oh it was only Azi. He put a finger to his lips, telling his cat to be quiet. He was about to introduce himself to his roommate and he was going to do it in a way he'll never forget.
The dorm room isn't that big so it only took like two steps to get to the other bed. Azi gently pulled the headphones down to Syn’s neck and leaned in close, his lips inches from his ear. ”Hey Synderella. Meet your prince,” he murmured, instantly shoving Noir in front of Syn’s face. Noir gave the boy a lick on his nose and purred. yay for new friends and memorable first impressions

Location: Dorm Room C102 Mood: Ehhhhh -waves hand-
The music was blaring loud in his ears, as he hummed along to a guitar rift, a bag now sitting on his made bed. His bedsheets had always been simple colors, typically either a dark blue or black, because he would smoke on his bed back home, he didn't need any accidental stains happening and showing on the sheets. He didn't have as many bags as his roommate, but it was enough to that he knew would take him a bit to unpack. He easily had unpacked one bag full of clothes and put them in his dresser before he moved to start unpacking his computer and the large mass of posters he had accumulated over the years of his favorite bands and their shows. He wasn't much for decorating, but he just couldn't leave his beloved posters at a place he knew he probably would never go back to. His phone beeped from a notification from his Twitter account, and he pulled it out to glance at his phone to see the time and was surprised it was already that late in the afternoon. He slid his phone back in his pocket, ready to get his unpacking done as he suddenly felt his headphones fall out of his ears. His heart jumped because he had thought that he got them caught on something so they were yanked down his ears due to his own clumsiness, but he immediately felt breath on his ear as well as a male voice. "Hey Synderella. Meet your prince." Syn didn't know how to react from the sudden voice as he freaked out (slightly ---or a lot) with a string of curses and went to snatch his headphones off his neck and he spun on his heels only to be greeted by the tiny white cat ETREMELY close to his face and he felt the cat lick his nose. The look on Syn's face must had been priceless as he battled between shock, being surprised, and awkwardness, but he finally blushed (yep. Take it in, he blushed) slightly and tried to laugh it off as he went to pet the cute cat. "My prince, eh? I'm usually the one who does the saving, dear kitten. So I do believe you'd be my 'damsel in distress'," He joked, as he relaxed and took his eyes off of the cat to look at his roommate, which he honestly didn't know how he felt about from the last minute of their intertaction. Clearing his throat, he smiled (probably awkwardly), as he readied himself to finally introduce himself to his "interesting" roommate. "Well, that sure as hell was a great way to give someone a heart attack.... But also pretty interesting too." Not sure what to do, he sat on his bed and continued to talk to the pale haired guy. Now why couldn't he had remembered to check the damn door for his name correctly? If he could remember it was some kind of name he wasn't really familiar with that probably started with an A. Oh well. Too late now to run to the door. "Good to meet you, man." He nodded. "As you already knew, I'm Syn," he spoke, then waited for the interesting "A" to introduce himself.

"I think...Is this a bad time?" The injured student's voice snapped Lucas back into reality. It was definitely a bad time, but he couldn't turn this guy away now—especially not after his incessant goading. Be cool, Lucas. Coooooool. He took a deep breath and regained his composure. Lucas noticed his roommate's dog running toward him, so he casually picked him up while he walked toward his roommate. Mustering up an awkward chuckle, he decided to try lightening the mood.
"No, no. This is completely norm—" "L-LET GO OF CERBERUS!! I-I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT BUT LET GO OF HIM, HE'S INNOCENT. A-AND DON'T COME ANY CLOSER! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY FROM ME YOU EVIL SPIRIT!" Welp. There goes lightening the mood. Now, even Lucas was scared shitless. Hopefully, his guest wasn't as freaked out as he was. Lucas uncomfortably watched in horror as his roommate whipped out a pair of chopsticks and started muttering a chant under his breath.
"...and I'msorryIdon'tremembertherestofit... B-BE GONE EVIL SPIRIT!" There was an awkward silence as the three boys stared blankly at each other. Lucas used this as his second chance to salvage this trainwreck of a first meeting.
"Uh hi. Dante, right? I'm Lucas... your new roommate. Woohoooo... And this is my new friend—er, acquaintance. I actually don't know his name, but I saw him bleeding on the staircase and wanted to help him out." He raised both hands in the air as he continued, "See? I'm not a bad guy. Definitely not a demon, I swear. So please, put away those chopsticks."

Location: Room E100 Mood: ...very confused...also, puppy!
The tape and papers were obviously not normal, so why did Lucas try to say it was? That kind of blatant lie was hardly reassuring after his "holy fuck" exclamation. What were those papers, anyway? Looking at the line of tape, Madison could only guess that they were name tags; whoever this guy was, he really wanted to keep everyone's stuff separated.
Then Lucas stepped into the room and picked up the little dog, and the black-haired guy pulled out...chopsticks? And started screaming about demons?
And Lucas was somehow able to keep calm and try to pacify his eccentric roommate with a quick explanation of events. "See? I'm not a bad guy," he said. "Definitely not a demon, I swear. So please, put away those chopsticks."
Madison, meanwhile, stayed in the doorway debating on whether or not he should leave. His new acquaintances were a bit weird. Maybe more than a bit. But looking down at his leg, he saw it was still actively bleeding and remembered why he followed Lucas in the first place. Did it get worse while I was walking? Or did I underestimate how hard I fell?
Besides, the other guy has a dog...a really cute little dog...and it looks friendly...
Better start with introductions, then...and maybe address that demon business...
"Ah...my name's Madison...and I don't think Lucas is a demon?" Even if he was, chopsticks were hardly an effective tool for exorcism. Not that he would say that out loud.

Location: Outside his dorm, attempting to go in
Mood: Relief ---> Rushing to hide cat
Pierce gave a sigh of relief when he saw the silver haired girl perk up when he held out the piece of jewellery. "Yes, that's my necklace!" she exclaimed, doing a little bounce on the spot from excitement. Carefully, she reached out and took the necklace from his palm, holding it against her cheek. Her eyes were closed as she held the accessory close, reassuring herself that she had found her necklace. Looking at the intimate scene in front of him almost made Pierce feel uncomfortable, feeling like a stranger that was watching lovers reunite again. Luckily, she quickly opened her eyes, a few happy-tears emerging from the corner.
"Thank you so much, I don't know how I can ever repay you.", the girl said, still holding the necklace near. Pierce only shook his head, giving the girl a smile. "I barely did anything, but I'm glad you found it. Must 'ave been something very important to ya'." he said, nodding his head to necklace in the girl's hand. The look on her face confirmed his statement, an expression of relief still clearly visible on her face. 'I wonder what's the back story to that'.
"I'm Elunia, Elunia Williams, what's your name?" the girl, Elunia, began, looking at the redhead expectantly. "Pierce," he started, nodding his head at the girl. "Pierce Zenon, nice to meet ya'." There was a brief moment of silence in the air before the carrier beside Pierce's leg started to move. His face instantly transformed from somewhat relaxed into a stone-like expression, the only thing noticeable were his enlarged eyes. He could tell that his cat couldn't take it any more, and was beginning her "thrashing around" stage to get his attention.Thoughts started to run through his head, as he wondered what he could do to prevent the silver haired girl from seeing his pet. 'Oh! Perfect.
Pierce started coughing loudly, hoping to distract Elunia from the sudden movement below her. "Well, it wa-cough-s great me-cough-eting you. I think it's ti-cough-me for me to check ou-cough-t my room n-cough-ow." Pierce turned around and quickly jammed his key into the lock and turned, unlocking the door and pushing it right open. He looked down at the carrier and turned back around, facing the girl. He really hoped he didn't come off as rude, but he really didn't want to risk the chance of losing his cat. He had already gone too far to go back now. "I'm glad you found your necklace, Elunia." the redhead replied, picking up the carrier and moving towards the entrance of his dorm. "I have to go and unpack some stuff but I hope to see you around, yeah? It was great meeting ya'." Pierce gave the girl an apologetic smile before grabbing the rest of his luggage and entering his room, waving to the somewhat confused looking girl in the hallway as he closed the door.

[ LOCATION ] Erato Hall, Room 206 • Rushed Outside
[ MOOD ] Neutral • Guilty, In Utter Disbelief
Plopping her backpack onto the table, Madeline relaxed for awhile, gathering her thoughts. Lots to do.
"By the way, Gwen." First things first, better get Gwen's number. Her cell phone kept falling out of her pocket this morning, so she tossed it into her backpack. "Can I have your number?"
Unzipping the outermost pocket, she reach inside to search for her phone, only to find a variety of unwanted critters crawling from the backpack compartment. Silverfish, cockroaches, aphids, moths, and whatever the fuck else squirmed their way out of a slightly opened Ziploc bag. GROSS. HOW DID SOMETHING LIKE THIS GET INTO HER BACKPACK? "EEEE - EUGH!!"
Panicking, Madeline flipped and shoved her backpack away as hard as she could. She tried to scramble away quickly, but ended up tripping over her chair instead. "Oof!"
CLACK. She turned, and realized she had pushed her backpack right into the window beside her table. Her backpack, which contained her six textbooks - two were especially heavy - and her laptop, combined with her push must have weighed down against the flimsy window mesh net that already needed fixing. And down it dropped. A fifty pound of academic craziness flying off the second floor of Erato Hall. Her phone. Her laptop. Her books. Madeline's heart nearly stopped, "Shit."
A loud 'THUMP' sounded from outside, indicating that her stuff has most likely met the ground. Madeline stared at the hole in the window with utter disbelief and looked over at Gwen, as if she needed someone to confirm that this wasn't a dream - sorry, nightmare. She was incredibly organized and clean, so how did this happen? A bag of bugs? Was this some sick joke?
"I... uh, I'll go grab that," she uncharacteristically mumbled, rushing out the room. Ugh, and what was she going to do about the window? If this was her literature class, this first day would foreshadow nothing good. ... Welcome to Mythos, Maddie.

Location: Erato Hall (Dorm) Mood: Fine-->Grossed Out-->So not staying here alone
Gwen finally, finally, finally got done with another two boxes, her closet now packed full from top to bottom, and her shelf space almost gone. She only had a mesley three boxes to go, and she was 100% positive that she wouldn't be able to fit everything on her side. She turned to Madeline to see how she was doing and if she was using all of her space, right as she asked for her phone number. She agreed, Madeline's phone number would be benificial to have. There was so many things she needed to do that she hadn't even thought of yet. She was out in the world alone now, she needed to get her priorities straight. Like the phone number to her roommate. "Of course! I will need yours too of--AHHHH!!" she said and stopped her sentence short with a glass shattering scream. What the hell!? It was like watching a horror movie when the roaches and spiders crawl out of the crevices of what ever abandoned structure the stupid teenagers were exploring.
She hopped up on her bed like the floor was lava, pushing the boxes out of her way until her back hit the wall behind her, and saw her roommate trip and fall. Before she pondered whether or not she was brave enough to help her roomie, her bag managed to find its way out through the window. Her eyes darted towards the table with all the creepy crawlies on it, and the floor with all the creepy crawlies on it, and the moths that started flying in her hair. She screamed again, "Get off, get off, get off..." she chanted like a mantra and swatting the air around her.
Her roommate ran out the door with 'I'll go get that...' Was she serious?! She wasn't going to leave her here with a room infested with bugs! When she got to the door she realized that she left her purse with her phone somewhere on the bed. She looked around the room quickly and saw it on her desk chair. Should she brave it? It was her purse! It was her limited edition, $350 purse she got for her birthday from one of her ex's. But the bugs...
She closed her eyes, ran in quicker than she ever thought she could in heels, grabbed the purse, ran out even faster than she did in, and slammed the door shut. What exactly was her roommate doing with stuff like that in her bag? Was she an entomology major? Because if Madeline was that would be a problem. She hated bugs. She hated them with everything in her being. They were so gross! She looked up and down the hall at the staring people, that she just smiled at and saw one of the bugs slip out from underneath the door. That was it, she wasn't staying here, she ran down the hall and caught up to Madeline. "I am so not going to go back in there until every single one of those things is gone. What were you thinking bringing a bag of bugs?" she growled angrily before pulling back. It was the first day, and her roommate didn't look stupid to her. She would give her a chance to explain, after all there had to be an explanation...right? People didn't just walk around with bugs in their bags unless they worked at the amphibian house at a zoo. She began bushing her hair in case one of those creepy things decided to take refuge in it, and her thoughts went straight to her clothes. Moths were dangerous for clothes! They ate them for heaven's sake!
The window was also open, that was a double edged sword. The bugs can go out, but bugs could come in too. It was a complete mess, and her clothes!

Mood iN PAIN ----> excited to explore and get lost
"Both Essence and Aria are such pretty names though. Thank you....the only problem with mine is that some people just can't spell it for some reason, and kids can never fully pronounce my name either. They try to say my name....but they only sound like how Nemo pronounces it."
She frowned, thinking of all the times she ordered food over the phone. Whenever Anemone went to pick up her order, her name was either misspelled or a different name completely. The few times Anemone's name was actually spelled right came as a shock to her.
Anemone closed the drawer after stuffing it to it's brim and opened another one to put the last of what was previously in her suitcase. She began placing her clothes in the open drawer as she spoke, "Of course you can come along. I was actually hoping you would want to go with me so that I wouldn't have to wander alone. I actually didn't really look at the map of the school beforehand so that I could have a little bit more fun exploring. Now, thanks to you, I won't get lost or end up going around in circles for thirty minutes before realizing it. My sense of direction is pretty bad."
After a couple of minutes wasted on folding up her clothes and placing them in a way that they would all fit, she finally finished with what used to be in her suitcase. Anemone would probably only take up another drawer or two from what was in her bag which meant she didn't have to do much more. She closed the drawer and was about to get up when she felt her foot go numb from being in the same position for too long. She yelled internally and slowly stood up even though it pained her to do so. Once on her feet, she hobbled a few steps forward then sat on her bed. It took a few more moments of wriggling her foot awake for her to be able to move, but the feeling of pins and needles finally subsided leaving Anemone to only sigh in relief.
She glanced over to Aria and added, "If you want, we can also go and grab a bite after we finish. I haven't eaten since this morning and it was pretty disgusting." Anemone grabbed several pairs of shoes and placed them where Aria and her wouldn't trip over them during the night. She then tied her shoelaces and grabbed her purse as she walked over to the door. "Well, I'm ready whenever you are." She leaned against the frame of the door as she waited for her roommate to finish what she was doing so they could head out.

"Uh hi. Dante, right? I'm Lucas... your new roommate. Woohoooo... And this is my new friend—er, acquaintance. I actually don't know his name, but I saw him bleeding on the staircase and wanted to help him out." Dante eyed him up and down suspiciously with his chopsticks still held defensively in front of him. His roommate held up his hands revealing nothing but bare palms before continuing, "See? I'm not a bad guy. Definitely not a demon, I swear. So please, put away those chopsticks." Dante slowly lowered the chopsticks, but his suspicions and sharp glare were still fixed on Lucas. hm, he doesn't seem to be a threat right now...maybe my exorcism did cast out the evil spirit. Usually the one who was possessed doesn't recall being possessed right? He strained to remember what happened next in the drama he watched, though the thought that he probably just managed to exorcise a spirit left a barely-visible grin on his face which disappeared as quick as it came. There was also the matter of the other guy with a bleeding leg who introduced himself as Madison. I can't let my guard down just yet.
"Alright Lucas. I believe you." For now... "But we need to establish some ground rules if we're going to survive in this dorm together. Dante was really doing this for his own safety in case his roommate managed to get himself possessed again. After all, he didn't look like the brightest college freshman around. brightest? pun? yeah?/OTL "First off, no crossing this line!" Dante pointed to the line of tape he had set up earlier running down the length of the room. "Second, don't tell anyone about Cerberus! And third...uh...I'll be creating more rules as we go. And you!" He pointed at Madison, waving for him come over, "Come over here! It's safer!" He also handed him the pair of chopsticks he was holding. "And here, keep these for good luck."

Location: Back inside her dorm Mood: Embarrassed
"I barely did anything, but I'm glad you found it. Must 'ave been something very important to ya'." The male responded when Elunia thanked him. So he's humble too... How nice. She thought wistfully. She was glad that he had found the necklace and not somebody that would have taken it. It looked somewhat expensive, maybe? She wasn't sure; she had always regarded it as precious. But perhaps she was a bit biased. Just a bit though!
"Pierce," He interrupted her thoughts, and she was about to ask what his last name was, just so she could remember it fully in her mind. She had a weird habit of memorizing names with their surnames, like she memorized Azalea as Azalea Northampton. Ah! Speaking of Azalea, was she still in their dorm? "Pierce Zenon, nice to meet ya'." Was he Australian? It sure sounded like he was Australian with all the "ya's" and the feel of the accent, you know? However, Elunia was too shy to ask for more details, after all she had already made herself look like a fool in front of him.
All of the sudden, Pierce's expression turned from relaxed to stone-like, and Elunia wondered if he realized how weird she really was. She did cuddle her necklace in front of him... She wouldn't blame him if he even thought she was a little bit weird. If she was in his position, she would have liked to leave right away! Perhaps this was what he was trying to do...? Elunia couldn't help but feel a tad disappointed in their short conversation. She would have liked to sit down and chat some more but maybe that was for another time.
Wait... Her eyes began to drift down to Pierce's bag that he was holding. Was it... moving? "Er..." Elunia began to ask if there was something in the bag, but before her mouth could form the words, he started to have violent coughing. "Well, it wa-cough-s great me-cough-eting you. I think it's ti-cough-me for me to check ou-cough-t my room n-cough-ow." Elunia's face took on a worried expression. "Are you okay? Do you need some cough drops? I'm sure I have some in my suitcase or something..." Her voice dropped to a murmur again, and she tilted her head slightly to motion in the direction of her dorm, but he was already shoving his key into the lock and scrambling to get inside. She frowned a bit. Was her first impression really that creepy? "I'm glad you found your necklace, Elunia. I have to go and unpack some stuff but I hope to see you around, yeah? It was great meeting ya'." He gave a wave, and his words calmed her down while her face muscles relaxed. "Thank you for finding it again. See you around Pierce!" She chirped a little too cheerfully, with still a confused look on her face.
Elunia began to walk back to her dorm, which wasn't that far away at all. She rummaged through her pockets to search for her key but to her dismay, it was nowhere to be found. Oh no! Had she left the key back in the room when she ran out panicked? Shit. Make that two bad first impressions. Elunia grimaced to herself. Summoning all her courage, she knocked on the door and called out, "Le- Azalea? It's Elunia. Could you open the door please? I think I forgot my key inside..." Her voice descended.

Azalea was always the type to make friends easily and make sure to leave no lulls in the conversation - she could keep talking for hours on end, no matter what the conversation subject was. She wanted to make sure that it would be no different with her roommate. "Hello there!" The other girl stated, and Azalea raised a single eyebrow. Huh. She wondered how they would get along as roommates. "I'm Elunia. Elunia Williams. Sorry, I'm not quite sure what's used here. A handshake, perhaps? Or a hug? I don't know." Azalea was quick to realize, that with the other girl's British accent and her being unaccustomed to American formalities, that she was definitely not originally from America. Most likely England, if they were talking about accents. As a habit, Azalea looked at the girl, trying to size her up. She seemed rather shy, perhaps even awkward. No matter, Azalea thought. I'll make sure I'll get along with her if it's the last thing I do. After all, it would be terrible to have a roommate that you were always bickering with.
Azalea did recall seeing an Elunia Williams in the information packet or something else as her roommate. "It's nice to meet you, Elunia," Azalea said, a cheerful look on her face to hide the irritation she had been feeling earlier, caused by her parents. Yet, she did feel at ease around the other girl - she made it a habit to be calm, cool, and collected (that was, unless someone made her go berserk, or she fell down under pressure). For the entire duration of the conversation, she kept a small smile adorned on her face, as to try and make the other girl feel as comfortable as the dark-haired girl already was.
"I just got here not too long before you. I haven't got a chance to explore the area yet. It does look awfully big, it's almost three times larger than my old school! I'm hoping I don't get lost, what about you?" Azalea, being ever-observant, noticed Elunia's hands seemingly grasping for something at her neck, and the blue-eyed girl could only wonder what it was. Was she missing something? Did the other girl drop something in the hallway or in the parking lot? Azalea could only hope that if Elunia didn't find what she was looking for, that it wasn't an extremely precious possession. "I apologize for stopping this conversation, but it seems that I've lost something. I'll be back once I find it." Azalea watched as Elunia proceeded to stand up, walk out, and close the door, leaving Azalea alone, nothing to do, no one to talk to. Well, the next few minutes or so would be utter boredom. She couldn't help but analyze the girl's expression before she left. She seemed panicked - well, that must have been something important to her.
Suddenly, after what seemed to be a good five minutes, give or take, she heard a knock on the door. She almost jumped from her seat on her bed - it was a little unexpected, but she wouldn't admit that to anyone. "Le- Azalea? It's Elunia. Could you open the door please? I think I forgot my key inside . . ." At the end, her voice started to decrescendo - no, stop it Azalea, you hate piano, remember? Don't use musical terms to describe things that go on in everyday life. You quit that a long time ago. Shut up. "Oh, really? Give me a second, I'll get up and open the door." She got up from the comfy seating of the bed and stood up in one swift motion. Walking towards the door. With one click, she unlocked the door, and opened it to reveal Elunia with a necklace. Ah. That must have been what she was looking for. "I see you've found what you're looking for. Must have been important, huh?" No shit, Azalea.

After what seemed to be an endless number of rules, Lucas was finally allowed to approach his side of the room. Lucas was a renowned rule-breaker sorry in advance, Dante, but he was willing to remain obedient at least for today. He ignored the fact that his roommate was carefully watching his every move. He also pretended not to notice the shady exchange of chopsticks between Dante and Madison. Instead, he refocused on the real problem. Where did I pack that first aid kit? Lucas stared blankly at the boxes in front of him. Eenie, meenie—wait how does that go again? Whatever. This one it is. He peeled off the tape and smiled. It seemed luck was finally on his side.
Lucas motioned for Madison to come to “his side” of the room. His first aid kit revealed a miniature pharmacy that was full of medicine and ointment that a normal person would probably never buy. Maybe he had over-packed just a little, but he would rather be safe than sorry. After inspecting the injury a bit more closely, Lucas dabbed Madison’s leg wound with cotton balls drenched in hydrogen peroxide—“Sorry, this may sting a little”—before wrapping it in bandages. “Not too shabby if I do say so myself,” commented Lucas as he handed his patient a lollipop. Yes, he even had candy in his bag of meds. Then, Lucas carefully ambled toward his strange roommate (all while staying on his side of the room) and held out a piece of candy (his form of a peace treaty).
“Hey man. We got off on the wrong foot. How about we pretend all of that stuff never happened, Dante? I'll start! Hi, I'm Luc—” THUMP. An eruption of high-pitched screams.
“Oh my god. It sounded like something just crash landed from outer space. Did something happen upsta—wait Dante please. I was kidding. I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. I’M NOT A DEMON.”
will dante ever accept lucas? will madison stay or run away from these freaks? tune in next week on total drama island university.

Location: Room E100 Mood: a little ( -_・)? but it's okay. Probably.
These guys...
Madison wanted to laugh at Dante's attempt to establish ground rules, but it didn't look like the guy was joking, so he held back. When Dante waved him over to the "safe" side of the room, he obliged and sat on the edge of the bed to avoid getting the sheets stained. Also, it was easier to reach the little dog.
Dante handed him the chopsticks, saying, "Keep these for good luck." Madison accepted them with a nod, but he didn't really have anywhere to put them. After a moment of contemplation, he just stuck them behind his ear and continued petting the dog. What's his name, again? I think it was mentioned...um...Cerberus. Right. I thought it was just the school, but I guess the students are also fond of giving things weird names.
After a couple minutes, Lucas dug out a fully stocked first-aid kit and Madison ventured to his side of the room and he took Cerberus with him. Lucas started cleaning his wound, which was unexpected. Madison had intended to do that himself, but okay...
“Not too shabby if I do say so myself,” Lucas said as he finished. In addition to the bandage, he gave Madison a...lollipop? Madison thanked him, but...did Lucas just happen to have candy on him or...?
Suddenly, he was struck with a though: that Lucas was playing doctor and saw Madison as his ten-year-old patient. Should I be offended by this or amused?
While Lucas walked over to talk with Dante, Madison unwrapped the lollipop. He also rolled his pant leg back down, since his would was covered. That's when he realized that the leg had a pretty conspicuous red stain on it because of course he bleeds everywhere on the one day he wears khakis. He scratched Cerberus's ears and told the dog, "I'll have to go shopping later." Not that the dog could understand him or anything. It wasn't even his dog.
A heavy crash. Then someone screamed. Something happened...upstairs? Madison couldn't really tell.
Lucas started shouting, "I was kidding. I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. I’M NOT A DEMON.”
This time, Madison couldn't hold back his laughter.

"Both Essence and Aria are such pretty names though. Thank you....the only problem with mine is that some people just can't spell it for some reason, and kids can never fully pronounce my name either. They try to say my name....but they only sound like how Nemo pronounces it." Anemone frowned, and Essence couldn't help the laugh that tumbled out of her mouth at the ridiculous thought of turning the name Anemone into Nemo. Though, Essence quite liked the movie Finding Nemo. She smiled apologetically at Anemone, opening her mouth to respond, but before she could, Anemone continued talking as she unpacked. "Of course you can come along. My sense of direction is pretty bad." Essence smiled at the girl; she didn't have such a good sense of direction either but Anemone didn't need to know that. "That's good, I didn't really want to explore by myself." Essence said. "I took a quick look at it, so i don't remember much, but it's fun to explore without knowing where you're going. It adds to the surprise and thrill." Essence said fondly; she explored that way in France too. With a bad sense of direction, and the inability to read maps, Essence had a lot of fun turning the corners with no destination. The down side was that she would come home 2 hours later than planned because she didn't know where she was.
Essence opened her mouth to ask if Anemone was ready, but when she looked up, the taller girl was hobbling and wriggling her foot. Essence watched in interest; what was she doing? Perhaps a traditional dance? Maybe Essence should ask how to dance it as well. She wasn't into dancing, but...
"If you want, we can also go and grab a bite after we finish. I haven't eaten since this morning and it was pretty disgusting." Anemone offered, and Essence immediately agreed. "That's a good idea," She said, shuddering at the thought of airplane food. "The food on the airplane was gross." She watched as Anemone relaxed on the doorframe, and said, "Well, I'm ready whenever you are." Essence took a moment to stretch and let out a breath before she stood and offered a small smile to Anemone. "Okay, let's go." She headed out the door, locking it and sticking the key in her pocket.
They walked through the dorms quickly. Essence wanted to get a breath of fresh air. She hadn't gotten enough, and the whole day had just been really stuffy. As they walked, Essence heard a scream. She glanced at Anemone, saying hurriedly, "We should check that out.". She was curious to see who the scream belonged to, and as she speed walked down the hall, she saw two particular girls talking who kind of stood out. One looked extremely distressed. Essence guessed it was her who'd shrieked. She inched closer to them, and caught the conversation. "I am so not going to go back in there until every single one of those things is gone. What were you thinking bringing a bag of bugs?" She growled, and Essence was a little taken aback by her sudden anger and slight rudeness. Second of all, what bag of bugs? Were there bugs on the loose in this university? She glanced at Anemone, eyebrows raised, unsure of what to say or do..
